The Four Foundations of our Method

Script security before meaning

You establish absolute comfort sounding out Arabic before you are ever asked to understand its meaning. Separating visual recognition from comprehension removes beginner anxiety entirely.

Focus over overwhelm

Quality always beats quantity. Every lesson introduces exactly three high-frequency words — learned deeply, not skimmed — so each one becomes a permanent part of your reading instinct.

The continuous layering rule

Any increase in textual complexity relies on vocabulary you have already mastered. You are always stepping forward from a position of strength — never starting from zero again.

Intentional forgiveness

Your AI companion is a patient, zero-judgment partner calibrated to prioritize your vocal confidence and natural expression over absolute perfection in the early weeks.

Your 30-Week Path
Phase 0Weeks 1–2
Foundations

Decoding & Phonics

Pure letter recognition and visual comfort. Week one isolates individual letter shapes across all their forms. Week two introduces vowel markings (Tashkeel). No vocabulary yet — just the safety of knowing the script.

You leave this phase with a natural ease where script hesitation used to be.

Phase 1Weeks 3–8
Core Grounding

Your First 24 Words

Three words per lesson, twice a week, each one anchored inside a real, unaltered Quranic verse. By week eight you will have read eight complete verses and held your first voice conversations with your AI companion.

You leave this phase believing, for the first time, that you can truly do this.

Phase 2Weeks 9–16
Narrative Immersion

Stories of the Prophets

Single verses become passages. You follow the stories of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus through connected classical text — with new vocabulary introduced slowly and familiar words surrounding you at every step.

You leave this phase reading paragraphs, no longer just verses.

Phase 3Weeks 17–24
Practical Wisdom

Ethics, Community & Law

You engage directly with the language of Islamic practice — Salah, Sawm, Zakat — through thematic classical passages. Sentence mechanics emerge naturally through patterns you can already fluently read, never through abstract rules.

You leave this phase reading ten or more consecutive verses without fatigue.

Phase 4Weeks 25–30
Independent Mastery

Depth & Autonomy

The scaffolding falls away. You read unfamiliar classical text on your own — comprehending, reflecting, appreciating. Not as a student anymore, but as a reader. This is what you came for.

You leave with a lifelong, self-sustaining relationship to the text — unhindered by fear or dependency.

Every lesson. Thirty minutes. One step forward.

Your journey through Classical Arabic begins with a single letter. Everything else is already waiting for you.
